Ingredients of Rajasthani Gatte Ka Pulao
- For Gatte:
- 1 cup besan
- 1/2 tsp haldi
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp jeera
- 1/2 tsp ajwain
- Salt, to taste
- Water, as required
- 2 tbsp oil
- For Pulao:
- 1 cup rice
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 cups water
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2-3 green chillies
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- A pinch of hing
- 2-3 cloves
- 1-2 elaichi
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp jeera
- 1 tsp haldi
- 1/2 cup carrot
- 1/2 cup potato
- Salt, to taste
- 1-inch cinnamon stick
- 2 tsp ghee
- Coriander leaves, for garnishing
